yeah. chapter 1 was better. chapter 2 ruined by the author afraid the series wouldn't sell. he already revealed one of the character that obviously better to be revealed later. this makes me think author didn't have long plan to do this story. if even if this story actually sells, the author would get confused by himself because he already revealed his cards

He's not dense. He's an enormous chicken when it comes to women. He knew very well he had a good chance with each and every one of them. He simply couldn't take the next step.

I get it now, this is a speedrun harem manga, most of these will simply just opt to drag on each introduction for dozens upon dozens of chapters, this one did what felt most natural given the characters. Its also different since like its super clear that they're down to fucking smash but are focused on making a movie.

Onomine Koyuki (小野峰　小雪) -> Grade school (小学校)
Muranaka Manaka (村中　愛中) -> Middle school (中学校)
Takase Takaho (高瀬　高穂) -> High school (高校)
Ootsuka Sora (大塚　大空) -> College (大学)

I had a feeling there was something going on with the names when I noticed some repeatability in them, but I never imagined... 🤔

Harem MCs are mostly unoriginal trash but this one I think it's better than only 90% generic. He's likeable. Maybe I haven't read as many harem manga as others but so far he's been pretty much on point behavior wise, not being too much of a wuss nor being too much of a sex pest. Even more, he's showing some moral character (eg: in inprov we can't make her feel bad) which is pretty nice.

I still believe that he's going to be as dense as a sack of bricks though that's just the usual harem MC curse sadly.

Alo like it when author can keep the reader guessing about, is the MC going to pick one girl or all of them.
