Man. Norihiro's stories get less interesting as he makes more series. It's too much of a rush to get into the meat of the story instead of building it up like he used to.

I'm hoping it will get better as the chapter count gets higher.

This feels like a staple story just here the boy is way to overpowered to make sense. How did they even annhilate all of them, if even a small boy can completely decimate robo armys effortlessly per "plotdevice".

Tho he also wrote Claymore and that 1 was riddled with holes in the later half, but at least he didnt rush that story like here. A story isnt fun to read if theres no stakes. Would be like making Teresa the protagonist of Claymore and saying fuck the stakes and suspension just let her oneshot everything and travel the world with raki.

Did you even read the chapters? He's basically a nuke personified. There's a reason the world tried to get rid of all the people like him. And I don't know about you, but like 90% of shonen stories start off with the main character looking op, and then giving perspective of how he isn't and needs to get stronger. Read further on and you will realize that the MC is super weak in this world.

@Random1122 I did read up to chap 10 and dropped it after the stretched out knight fight.... Absolutely 0 Tension in the story/fights and its super stretched out and has no good comedy or good character interactions to keep you hooked for me.

For me its average, but not a series i would bother with like 90% of shonen as they are utter crap. If its uninteresting for me in 10 chaps then it prolly wont change later on. Also doesnt help that the mcs look like a Claire+Raaki knockoff from claymore.

Well it did change later on, it's much better than its first chapters with more tension and stakes for the plot being gradually added in. Its a shame that a lot of people cant seem to get past the introductory chapters
