She might. A much later chapter has the MC being given a way to "exorcise" the demon out of these women, and since MC grew up with her, he of course wants to save her despite all that she's done.

You could say that "it is unfair that she finds redemption in spite of killing and doing such horrible things to so many people". Maybe, but if the plot has that these women are also not entirely in control of themselves (i.e., "The Hulk" takes over and is the one doing all the evil acts, even if they remember it and take pleasure in it), it makes sense that if the evil demon is removed (the one doing all the harm), the girls are free to choose to do as they wish (punishment, atonement, or otherwise).
Besides, how is it much different that a person not involved in the situation takes pleasure in the destruction of another person? Taking pleasure in seeing Lily be tormented for the Goblin Queen's crimes because she was pleased that she benefited from it is rather voyeuristic at best and rather masturbatory, don't you think?

Just feeling very possessive (like in the early chapter) of someone unto the point of wanting to murder someone, with that feeling possibly amplified due to being possessed, isn't a crime (but it is a sin).

Spoiler: who's even at fault when someone is possessed? It's dumb.

But "possession" makes all that "it's a sin" paradoxical since, are you supposed to be guilty for what your possessor does in your body, even if you take pleasure in and benefit from it? "You" didn't do it after all.

AND. It's not clear Lily will survive - the Goblin Queen gets in a fight in Ch. 42 that has her getting shanked throught he throat, that Lily has her throat pierced in that way.
It could be that she'll survive long enough to have MC exorcise her, then die in his arms.

EDIT (again ): rereading chapter 5, it's plausible as well that Lily (in particular since we see her but ostensibly the others as well) doesn't remember what's happening. She never actually mentions any of the details, and in the first chapter she says she worries about the monster attacks as if she doesn't "know" why they're happening - she might not.

The point of this edit is to say: CallMeMForr is right, it's just porn, and trying to justify anything gets weird and foolish pretty quick since the opening volume is clearly about interesting the reader in the ecchi/softcore and the later volumes and chapters are just about suffering and "woe is us". If you like Nikke's "pain for pleasure's sake" mixed with Bad End, this is a manga for you.

No wonder I find the artstyle similar. I know they are just artist for the other series's manga adaptation, but now as an author this series isn't any better lol.
