Sigh finally it ended. The last 2 arcs dragged too long that it was kinda annoying to read to the end.

I bet it's the end of their parent child relationship. Hikaru knows Mayura dropped everything to support him so he really wanted to give her a life without him.

Man...Mayura just can't stop losing. She lost her first love, she lost her pride, then she was shoved off to corner for majority of the series, trained just to get sidelined during the fights, had to give up 10 years of her life for her adoptive son just for him to leave in the end and never got together with Shimon. She probably has the biggest L streak in the series. It's not even about gaining anything, she just loses something and comes to acceptance. Poor girl, the author hates her so much.

Hopes she gets some happiness in her life.

Damn after 10 long years and a meh anime adaptation it's finally over.
Honestly I might need to reread to better judge the ending but I can say it's definitely better then some other recent endings

its been long ride in this series am glad to see such an ending where it was worthy of a 10/10 but i do hope they release side chapters to show many things between the raising of hikaru and mirai and possibly side chapters on how Rokuro and Benio were "living" whiles being the supreme one.

man... to think i first read this series when it just started. theres only like 1 or two chapters when I started. the moment the story made it clear the pairing is "set" in the first chapter, i am already hooked. 10 years of following this series
Sure theres a lot of action story with romance out there, but a story where the pairing are set from chapter 1, seeing them grow from middle school, high school, young adult, to become parent is really something else


hopefully theres some more extra side chapter

Finally it ended, I drop this because Mayura show sign not have any chance to be with Rokuro. And last night this appear and turn out to be the final chapter. Same like the guy before me, I also read this since Utopia scan or something and continued with cxc jaimini box, the last chapter I read before the final is around when Benio's limb is replaced with impurity, what a sad nostalgia
