Dam.... Cave full of blood and broken weapons. It didnt end well. Hes the last survivor. Unless they took the woman are are still raping them <.< Hopefully they died too then. Tho I do got to wonder where are the male corpses ? Do they take them back and skin them or something ? cannibals ? Enough blood to show they got murdered brutally... but corpses just dont start walking on their own.

Lots of blood but they probably died, or moved, somewhere else because the neandertal corpse outside is still there. Likely they were all captured and taken somewhere else or the group fled their home and is still surviving somewhere else.

Through fossil's we know Neanderthals buried their dead, so what probably happened was that some from each side died, and the blood attracted an animal that forced them to flee immediately. this is all assuming they didn't die, which they probably did. The writer has shown already that they aren't at the phase where everything is a fake out or a twist.
