I think she meant the memory of Flame when she was a child. Thus, only Serie carries the memory of the person Flame was at that age.

While they obviously wanted to give some more information on Lineal, it's kinda weird that they got intel that fast and effortlessly when previously Übel and Land had to fight tooth and nail for it. Or if it's still the same intel those two retrieved, then the timing was just too late to be helpful (as in preventing their first encounter)
