The real questions are, what is currently happening to present time Frieren's body? And to past Frieren's mind. We know past Frieren doesn't remember a week after touching the stone, so, present Frieren will probably stay in the past for that period of time.

But since she had no recollection of any other time, it is unlikely that they changed minds trough time, which would have been hilarious. (I can imagine Fern having a field trip with a younger Frieren).

If I were to write it from this point on, the easiest resolution would be past Frieren is erased during this one week, her memory stops when Future Frieren takes over and regains when she leaves.

As for Stark and Fern from their POV Frieren simply touched the statue and Frieren's mind leaves and reenters her body within the same second. So Frieren experienced an extra week that she missed in the past. But for Fern and Stark it would appear to them Frieren never left at all.
