Web novels in Japan are often published with only a title to describe themselves, no description. Thus, they make the title itself descriptive, which often isn’t actually that long in kana/Japanese characters.
Then, the manga adaptation wants to match the title for the existing fans.
Same with anime adaptations.

Hence, long, descriptive titles for random manga series.
