I have very little patience for characters like that general, or the humans who threw away the MC. It's too easy to remember that their kind also exist IRL, and I do relish when they get what's coming to them. At the same time though, he spent his whole life helping his only daughter manage her issues, so it would be hard to accept that such a solution was so easily found. Understandable for a father to be skeptical about what could be some temporary gimmick, so I don't really wish anything too severe for this man. Being a musclehead isn't any help either. Just the same, people really need to listen to full explanations before judging, especially if it actually fixes something they've been struggling with.

They have the chapter after this on their website (and have had it there for several weeks along with this chapter). But honestly I can't be bothered to visit a different website all that often so I'll be happy if maybe they just stick to a short delay of maybe putting new chapters up on here a couple of weeks after they release on their own site.

Nothing is worse than some of the manwha groups who have like 10 chapters on their site but only drop 1 here every 6 days or so.

You end up bingeing it on their site, but then you keep getting let down here when you see a new update and it's still part of the backlog.

He'd get killed three ways in sunday for this so this makes no sense.

Overall I class it more in the poor character writing for some forced drama and comedy.

Honestly I want them to get this arc over with and get back to the “whoops, MC’s father screwed up badly and the royal family is going to find out and Take Steps” plotline. Frankly, this part is boring.

A simple fix would be she transformed into the dress infront of him, then the time part wouldn't be an issue and the dads reaction would make more sense.

Hey that was my fault, I had computer issues during that time thats why I was just able to post them on mangadex, sorry it wont happen again.
