Honestly, as long as there's someone working on it I'm ok with it.
I personally prefer 1 complete chapter or 2 parts at the most.
Breaking into 5 parts of just 8 pages, I have no clue what the provider is thinking except annoying the fanbase into buying.

Segments are fine. I prefer full chapter, but segments are fine. I mean, at least your format aren't 6 pages of credits and 6 pages of the actual manga...

If that's how they're released, parts/segments are fine. Whole chapters are always appreciated, but doing it like this reduces the chances of someone thinking you've dropped the series, and lets you keep up with the raws.

So long as it is clear they are segments, people that don't want to wait can read them while people that want full chapters still can wait until the last one is released, so releasing them as soon as they are done is the optimal solution, I believe.

i prefer a complete chapter, but with manga are always so damn long to take even a single chapter i think it's better just release it partially

If you are not caught up with all the raws, I prefer whole chapter, but considering you are not monetizing this (I assume), whichever format you like is ok. But maybe combine the segments into whole chapter once it's all out there.
