I'm generally fine with whatever; if the raws are segmented then I don't mind if they're translated in segments. Especially once you're caught up; I'd rather see the segments then have someone drive by and drop a bunch of crappy MTL updates.

Segments are fine here because they're reasonably long. What actually sucks is when each part is like 5 pages and nothing advances in that span. This was like 15 pages and definitely felt self-sustaining.

I think the chapters should come as they are released. If they're broken into pieces, then they should remain as pieces unless the author goes back and combines the pieces. While it might seem like a nice gesture to merge the chapter pieces as the chapters are finished, you may find that coming back to bite you as these chapter fragments do not always flow into each other smoothly. If you choose to merge the chapters instead of leaving them fragmented, you have times where you need to make a call on where to cut a chapter to avoid overlap or repetition, which you wouldn't need to make by leaving the fragments as the separate fragments they released as.

Most likely the Emperor or Prime Minister directly. A fuck up on that scale needs a response from the top of the food chain, or the belief that the Emperor actually sanctioned that plan would remain, leading to worsened relations and a chance of full scale war.

For me it's about page count. Parts are fine if they are 20+ pages of actual content per part. Especially for text heavy or redraw intensive chapters.

OTOH it gets really annoying when there are only 10ish total pages that get uploaded which includes a cover page, credits page, TL note page, discord invitation page, and a meme page just for giggles and chits.

Releasing the chapter in two parts is fine but i get annoyed when we have a 5 page chapter that takes 10 parts to total up a "Full" chapter
