I really love this, it's so charming, specially the artstyle and that sense of hopeless, depressing melancholy everyone has, it's quite alluring in a way.
I was really sad noticing the END tag on this last chapter but luckily there's a sequel, this world really deserves more exposition.

I really like this. Yes - it's melancholy, but it's also a sort of gentle and tranquil - kind of a downbeat iyashikei. In spite of the depressing aspects of it, it's still sort of soothing and comfortable and even fluffy.
