Hopefully this, and the story pacing so far, means that Octo Girl will have a long life ahead of it (unlike what happened to Spiderman Fake Red, getting axed after 14 chapters. Still wonder why Fake Red failed in the JP market though).

PS. It seems Marvel is serialising the runnerup entry to Fake Red, Kid Venom, this coming April.
But, as a 4-issue comic miniseries targeting Western/US readers.
(Marvel chose to skip the JP publishers for this one; ironic since the mangaka's premise is the Alien Symbiote meets Sakata Kintoki/Kintarou of Japanese folklore...)
