Interesting idea. Although I think it might be a better story if it was in a more serious tone and maybe in more ancient Japan. But at that point it'd be a different story altogether. Not sure why this is set in the modern day though. Doesn't have anything to do with the story it seems. I just wish we got a story like this but with a little girl instead. So it's a "Mom" And a her "Daughter"

There isn't enough son and parent(s) relationship storys. Wheres the equality?? or is this because of the gender compassion gap?

@smolbaka I really don't know where you've been looking. It's kind of oversaturated with it usually always being a boy. I rarely see stories about a girl and a mother type figure. I also never said anything was wrong with it but that I want to see them.
