The vibe I'm getting is that the three of them are in a Poly relationship (a throuple) with not!Ogiue being the "center", so she is with both not!Sasahara and not!Suzie, but the latter two don't sleep with each other. No one is getting "cucked" since the relationship has the consent of all people involved (not!Sasahara says it casually in the last chapter lol).

not!Sasahara looks like he has a healthy ethical non-monogamous relationship with both not!Ogiue and not!Suzie based on how well they're communicating and how everyone is comfortable enough to show intimacy with each other. It basically rubs in how shitty not!Madarame is and how little respect he has for his wife (In not!Madarame's case, he is NOT in a throuple or open relationship, he is straight up cheating).
