Well, he can try and explain that committing suicide counts to his kill count. I bet that the sword king would actually listen out of curiosity though, mainly because the old geezer seems highly intelligent.

Lol I was kinda cringing when he was acting all cocky but this turned out better than expected.

And just a thought but if he's killed himself over 4000 times, you'd think he'd be used to dying by now but he still pussys out every time. Is it like... the fear of getting killed is different?

What the fuck is this???

He killed himself 4091 times but he's still a pussy???
I was getting quite happy that I thought that the generic shonen main character already became a Bada$$ at chap 3 but nooooo

Well, makes sense. He had the grit to kill himself, but isn’t used to combat and has no combat skills lol

@__nil I think it's because he understood that once again he had to run away from the #1 rank hunter. He can't even get rid of him like the last guy unless he's willing to kill himself way more than last time (cuz the dude is much older and thanks to the lack of information he probably doesn't know how or when the sword saint got the skill to see kill counts). I'd be just as scared if I found out I exchanged my killer for another.

It’s rather stupid. He earned a useless skill from the tower to steal skills if he’s murdered. Then he coincidentally gets murdered by someone with reincarnation powers and absorbs that.

After those two silly premises, MC time travels via suicide. I just can’t get beyond the initial premise being stupid. The author broke apart the power steal from the reincarnation. Logically those two pieces should have been united as one skill. But the author split them to force the time travel situation. Sheesh.
