Thats probably why they could only pull a healer ranked 20th. Normally folks would jump at the chance to get into an S ranked party but the top folks probably know not to join that party.
Yeah, at a certain point only low ranked/new healers will join then if they still come back dead even they won’t join your party and you’ll end up with a party of nothing but attackers.

Maybe because they Work as Adventures and Weak people dying isn't new to the job.

Plus they are a S Rank Party, with backing from a King who declared that Human's are Just because Human's are God's.
That would be applicable if it were just one or two healers but these guys are running through them like teabags. At some point people are going to realise hey the healers, and only the healers, are all dying.

As for being backed by the king no amount of backing would stop word of mouth. Not sure what the relevance to "humans are gods" ie though.

did they mention being backing by the king? i mean he did mention a heroes party, that should be the only likely one a king would back up and prioritize

Wow, didn't expect them to churn through that many healers. I'm amazed none of them lost any limbs or lives up until now but I guess that's because they probably sacrificed some of the healers from the looks of it.

Welp, feel sorry for the sword Saint and the new healer but chances are these guys are dead.

I wanna see how much the hero begs for the old healer to come back.

At least he realized it, and not completely cursing him like other hero or party leaders do.
If they survive... '-'

Why are they still talking about him after... was it 5 years? They make it seem like he died just yesterday.

Well, that's the primary base for these "betrayed for supposedly being weak, and kicked out of party" genre stories.

I mean, each and ever story has the same premise.
No. There are many stories where the MC was actually weak and only become powerful after the party exile.
Cases where MC was objectively weak and didn't even contribute to the party in other ways, to the point that them being an adventurer was completely unjustified... until they get kicked out and awaken to whatever was OP about him.

Revenge of the Soul Eater (for a very dark theme), Auto Mode skill (for a more light-hearted them), one of the numerous appraiser stories and more. In the case of the second one, we know that the former guild the MC belonged to didn't crumble after MC left. (At least for now. They might if they go out of their way just to antagonize the MC.) The MC just became insanely successful afterwards.

That Undead Terror was hot! The one with the exposed breasts was too bad either. XD

But seriously, of course the party is about to fight (and presumably lose to) the "easier" type of Undead Terror while our boy Rei is about to solo the most troublesome type.

It is kinda on par for the hero party to not care enough to learn about the white mages "culture" since they are just users.

I like the Human-Type Undead Terror as she is hot, and I hope that she somehow ends up becoming a partner of MC in the future.

I mean, MC is a OP Healer, so he should be able to give her a more stable form which allows her to easily mix with the crowd. Maybe he might even get the Core of the Liquid-Type Undead Terror (which MC would obviously defeat, until the S Rank Party) and give it to her to increase her powers.

And considering that MC might go against the Kingdom eventually (because of its Human Supremist views), some none Human partners for MC would be appreciated.

I mean... this genre of manga isn't known for the smartest writing but this is all completely bonkers. Did the party never ask anyone while interviewing them what can they do? Have they never spoken to any other party or guild assistants? Did they not believe the hordes of dying white mages? Why do they accept what this white mage says after 5 years of going through healers? Come on author, my suspension of disbelief isn't omnipotent to accept this BS.

with them losing multiple healers while the rest of the party remains unharmed either screams extreme levels of incompetence to keep one of the most important party members alive or that they are the ones directly responsible for the healers death wither by murder or abandonment, either way, they should all have their ranks revoked and be sent to prison for their actions.

Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is enemy action.
or in a less dramatic version:
Once is an accident, twice is a coincidence, three times is a pattern.

Sorry, but this makes little sense! In this type of group, even IRL, everyone and specifically the leader NEEDS to know everything about everyone's abilities! But I guess, for shock value we need this "wow, he was amazing and we didn't appreciate him enough"
Only the art is making me come back

Objectively and rationally, I would agree.

But we're talking about a bad leader who once bought a healer slave when he couldn't afford better.
He got all the mileage he could from his "bargain healer", assuming that "bargain" is the same as "defective". (And the fact that MC could only use his heal spell once before collapsing would tend to confirm his prejudice.)
Only when he got rid of his cheap healer and started interacting with other healers did he (very slowly) realize that he had originally bought a diamond in the rough.
So far, it's not that bad. Humans are not fully rational.

The problem is that he had to go the extra mile of dumping him out of the party in the worst possible location and situation.
That's just evil for no reason, and it now comes back to bite him as there is simply no way to get the #1 healer back.

Or so he thinks for now.

Problem is that he just might be able to. The MC still bears the slave mark, which he can only hide.
If they meet, there is a chance that MC won't even have the right to reject an "offer" to get in the party again.
Now that they know how exceptional he is... and now that he doesn't even have the downside of lacking mana... they would likely jump at the opportunity to get him back at no cost.
