We only see her losing her left hand, and then see her fainting, that's all.

I had mentioned it before as well relating to this series, but I don't consider this situation as anything to do with Karma.
Because if it was, he would have gotten punished much earlier, and not after so many Healers had died, and his worth going down.

Also, it is a little too convinient that MC (an orphaned slave) as a healer was so well known and considered highly gifted but none of the group members (including MC himself) knew that.
I mean, what the heck were the people in the Guild doing, considering that even though they ranked MC high, he himself didn't know that nor understood his own capabilities.

i'd second others saying Norn has likely saved her, since to begin with, in the state we last saw the party, they were not in any state to even use the escape crystals, being spread around the battlefield as much. Norn killing the Monster outside of reach of the party, providing them, or likely Kanata, enough time to escape, is the likely scenario.

I think it's fine for Feil to die for the moment. I'll bet that there's an additional effect of the Soul Stone she received, like having the holder's soul preserved and brought to where the stone was found (Yggdrasil) ultimately her soul going to Norn. Then she'll be given a new body and reunite with Rei. This'll be a better progression and would go along with the report of her being "Missing. Presumably dead."

Her corpse would have been found, then...as you'd think a  soul stone would only house her soul and not her physical body.

You're wrong. Rei has been eternally connected to the world trees magic source at the cost of his left eye. That curse can't be undone even outside the dungeon. He has 100% use of his new unlimited Magic power source.

His healing skills weren't due to magic but his talent for knowledge knowing the inner working of things and the human body. His only problem was his healing magic was too strong. The power of regeneration of cells and tissue and body parts sucked him dry. Now he has unlimited magic 🪄 he can cure and regenerate anything now.
