i mean they are still pretty young, to where they could call themselves legit 'childhood friends' when they're both around each other in high school tho i guess a sister wouldn't use that phrase to describe them /now/ but other than kaede seeing ppl act lovey dovey that way or just from some manga, most kids wouldn't find a lot of actions super flirty, compared to like a 'misunderstanding' of like, cake falling on his lap and her wiping frosting off his crotch XD
