Can someone please remind me of Subaru's and Mio's current ages?

This chapter kind of messes things up in my head with the age loop, grandma/grandpa being mom/dad, marriages and such. I'm confused. So help me, make it makes sense...???

Based on this chapter, Mio's age should be 22. (They dated when they were both 20, Subaru turned into a child one year after, and it has been a year since)
Subaru's age is tricky. He was born 46 years ago. Turned into a child the first time when he turned 23 (23 years ago).
Subaru moved next to Mio's house when they were 10 (It was mentioned by Mio to be 12 years ago, and as they are/were the same age)

This is the timeline:
46 years ago: Subaru was born
23 years ago: Subaru (23) turned into a child the first time
-----11 years gap-----
12 years ago: Subaru (10) moved next door to Mio's house
2 years ago: Subaru (20) and Mio (20) dated each other
1 year ago: Subaru turned into a child on Mio's 21st birthday

It is uncertain at what age Subaru reversed to during his first time, and whether did he turn into a child at different points to different ages during the 11 years gap. However, it was implied that he turned into a child once again 12 years ago (hence the moving).

Current time Mio should be 22 and Subaru should be 11.

Woah, typesetter / redrawer really went the extra mile matching those water droplet distortions to the text, great job ! I imagine a not insignificant effort went into that minor detail a lot will have glossed over but it does a lot for the experience and was certainly not a waste of effort. What I'm not getting is how Subaru's parents couldn't prove their child had simply regressed in age and lost his memories. If they have proof that adult Subaru existed and now is suddenly missing and this child that looks just like him appeared wouldn't that be enough proof for at least the doctor? Also he had a job and was living on his own. You telling me his boss, landlord and neighbors didn't question anything? Its a weird plot detail I hope is explained later. Also the father is a hoe ass nigga for abandoning his wife and child like that.

One more detail of the timeline is that Subaru is told to be 2 years older than Mio when he moved there, so the dialogue should say "when I was 20 and Subaru was 22 we started dating and then a year later (when he was 23) his age reversed".
