I have not seen a way to change the reader to not display blocked chapters, I.E. ones from blocked users or groups. It would make sense to not show those by default unless the chapters from the blocked party are the only ones that exist for a particular series for instance. Even then, i think there should be an option to "never show uploads from this uploader/group" on blocking an uploader or group for example if it gets implemented into the reader side, but from what i see in the reader itself, blocking a uploader or group, does not have their uploaded chapters disappear from the reader, but does remove their uploads from any series lists that they upload to.
