I know for a fact dks has a trip he uses in the /cm/ Suicide Boy threads, if anyone wants to talk with him.

I think his father abandoned him while they living there, and most landlords deduct unpaid rent from a large security deposit that's paid in advance. The fee in ch3(?) was just for the resident meeting only.

Also, I've seen some rooms that costed as less as 150$ around here and trust me, there's always room for less ?.
