Very interesting that this went so long with a missing chapter.
Looking back at it, many of the chapters have cold opens dropping us in the shoes of a Chihaya and we watch her chase. We see the new bag face Chihaya work to continue the cycle after she kinda gives in to the suffering. So when the next chapter starts with a short hair Chihaya stealing the bullet and reaching the end of the game, it didn’t seem out of place. The only thing that I can really find that doesn’t have the context it probably needed, was the library and the area with the pile of bodies. The other parts felt valid as just flashbacks to conversations we had never seen any part of until after the info was revealed.
I like that this chapter exists though since despite helping to perpetuate the cycle for so long, the remaining 3 decide to put an end to it. Makes the conclusion feel better until the last part.
