Okay this kind reminds me of another manga that stars fraternal twin sisters minus the yandere factor (& the MILF factor for now). Might be me but the MC comes off a little cocky than the typical meek/low self esteem MC we normally see. Normally you get the meek, loner Self-Insert ML who avoids interaction. The confessor who grabs the girl's wrist and yells is the bad guy that being saved from makes the FL fall for the ML. Like this one: Guuzen Tasuketa Bishoujo ga Nazeka Ore ni Natsuiteshimatta Ken ni tsuite.
