I had to force myself to read the last few chapters

The story is pretty mid. If you like zero character development then it's great I guess.

The story was good but why the confession was somewhat like it being forced, like it didnt go smoothly and the MC and FMC not confessing the truth

The definition of the FMC not getting any consequences for her actions. She does creepy and dangerous stuff but always protected by the plot. If this wasn't a shonen, she'd assault him for sure. That's not what a Tsundere is, she's literally just a proud stalker(= criminal).
And MC isn't better, dude is at RAG level simping whatever immoral thing she does.

The setup was a great idea but author have a middle-school level writing so I wouldn't be surprised if it was axed looking at the chapters number.
