If you don’t believe me, look at the lack of coherent signage, strange architecture of the background building, red head’s arm length, redhead has two sword sheathes but only one sword, and vastly different art styles when comparing the faces.

I don't. None of what you said is an undenialble proof that AI has been used, artists mess up perspective and miss details all the times, and they do tend to draw male and female faces vastly different.
The manga is generic isekai dogshit, and the cover art sucks, but the last thing I am gonna do is debase an artist's actual effort and accuse them of using AI

Just think about it logically for a second. Why would a manga have its cover page, which is intended to catch a reader’s eye and pull them in, be full of rookie mistakes? Any artist worth their salt is making decisions deliberately and intentionally, especially for something like a cover page.

Sure, I can’t say with 100% certainty it’s AI, but at a certain point it comes down to pattern recognition and understanding when something looks off

Well, thinking about it logically, wouldn't it be because the artist is a rookie? Putting aside the fact that both of us are quite close to the Y axis of the Dunning-Kruger chart when it comes to to skill of drawing cover art for manga, so we wouldn't be familiar with the artist's workflow or their circumstances like editorial pressure, so it'd be arrogant of us to assume that we would be good judges of what constitutes "rookie" mistakes.
