I agree with this completely. Telling someone they don’t know what their feelings are, is always such a cop out.I personally feel that it is better to be rejected and be told no at once, instead of giving you the excuse that “you don't know your own feelings”.
that last one is like blaming the person for feeling the way they feel.
Su Gui was the one who opted to forcefully drag Yangyang’s feelings out into the open. To say this wasn’t a situation she never thought possible, given that fact, makes that premise faulty from the start. This wasn’t a confession sprung on her that she just had to react to on the spot. If she opted to ask Yangyang hoping to get soulagement, but didn’t consider that she actually loved her, then that suggests she should have given this action more thought before pulling the trigger. Regardless, telling someone they don’t know their own feelings is never the right response in this situation, so I personally feel she doesn’t deserve a pass for that.
To be clear, I don’t wish her any ill will. Let’s be honest, this is a misdemeanour when it comes to Yuri crimes lol. I also appreciate she gave the matter some considered thought afterwards! I just wish she did that BEFORE she decided to confront Yangyang if this is how she would respond.
