While I agree yuri isn't something I am into, this series kind of has an off the rails energy and good enough art (IMO) that I’ll just stick around till the end just to see what the author decides to do next (its like the editor never told them no, and I wanna see how far they will go).Might drop if it becomes yuri ngl, never was really a fan of the genre
TBH, he wasn't much of a man in the first place. What if they now have double personality. MC doesn't need to be a man anyway
I just think it's funny that the author had actually put enough planning into where the story was going to foreshadow this in the conversation Cherry had with the dude at the club about love meaning you become one with the person you love. Doesn't necessarily make it good or bad, but I usually don't see any planning at all in manga like these. They usually just desperately throw shit at the wall to see what sticks.omg i half called it, i said he was gonna transfer his mind into one of the balls, but i wasn't expecting him to turn into eliza, i really hope eliza is able to comeback, they really need to kill that scumbag now.
Are you telling me there is serious thought put into this plot?I just think it's funny that the author had actually put enough planning into where the story was going to foreshadow this in the conversation Cherry had with the dude at the club about love meaning you become one with the person you love. But yeah, that's one detail about transformation. Here's another. These girls are clearly meant to mimic viruses. They look like viruses when they spawn out of the balls. A few of them have said as much about themselves. Ichi now has an iris that is colored to look like a virus (a virus iris). I imagine it's a blend of his and Eliza's eye colors, just in the shape of a stereotypical virus.
Taking what we know about viruses into account, and the fact that these girls largely attack humans and replicate at an insane speed, what Ichi has just effectively become is an antibody. He's a part of the body that's being attacked (i.e. humans) that has bound with the antigen and become a part of the immune system designed to attack the virus. Who knows if that can be undone, but I would guess not, since this is the analogy that the author is going for and that's not how antibodies tend to operate.
Maybe not into all the minute to minute details, but definitely in the overall analogy he's built the story around. Are you telling me there is serious thought put into this plot?
This manga is high tier brainrotso this is where the genderswap tag happens
also, i binged read this in one afternoon and now that im caught up i feel like i need to get my brain cleansed. i had high hopes when i started but its down in the drain now.
at least this transition to genderbender this time was impactful and made sense. like that um other one where the dungeon in real life japan something something guy turned into a girl to not be recognized and stayed as a girl for too long. I can't remember the name but 12 chapters in he turned into somebody that looked like Raiden Shogun from Genshin Impact. I want to see them struggle to cope with their new bodies otherwise it's not a good piece of gender bend fiction.FUKKKKKK WHY THEY MAKE IT GENDERBENDER NOW, GOD DAMN IT IM DROPPING THIS
He hates this!I hate this
