And author will make some stupid weakness for the mc(besides the girls being kidnapped and mc being already braindamaged). Also what could he do? The fusing with Eliza was keeping me interested but yeah I was also very disappointed with just letting the guy unharmed like that, if there was no confrontation and they just escaped it would've been fine too, but the mf was right there and shot him, like wtf man did you forget everything up until now?

The only thing I can think of is Eliza consciousness being there in some level and respecting the rule to "not kill humans" since the expression when saying hes not worth killing looks more like the original her. A lil bit logical, but I just dont like it, probably will read a couple more before deciding on dropping this or not.
