The sequel one is very interesting to read because it has gender disorder in their gens that usually rare to see nowaday.
I still remember Kaori from City Hunter that she is pure woman, but she had zero feminism which makes everyone said she is TRANSVETITE/TRANSGENDER when her cover/makeup fall apart which she hates it so much that Ryo always brag about her issue and get smacked by lots of 100T hammer or ICBM hammer (her ultimate hammer on manga)
Also, Ryo even encounter one of these on Woman trafficking investigation led by Saeko Nogami and he found out that the Ringleader is a "woman" in most part, but in actual is a MAN which disgust him a lot.
