is there a possibility to see what what chapter I was last reading, even if I cannot continue reading it on Mangadex (like one punch man) since I don't know what chapter I read last...

You can also see your last 10 read titles (with the last read chapter) by clicking your username in the top right (on pc) or the top left (on mobile) and choose History.
