Way old post to reply to but yes. In fact it's extremely common in age of cell phones. They are guilty of victimizing themselves in the eyes of the law. I have a friend who works with government programs that sex offenders are mandated to attend after they complete their prison time and they had to open a whole division for juveniles just because of how much kids send pictures of themselves to each other.
