Yamato big dum. Suzuka's right- I've been saying for awhile he needs some self-reflection on how he feels. About both of them. Because it's clear he's still really close with Suzuka- the kind of closeness that feels far more like they're a couple than him and Honoka. He needs to realize this, himself, and the fact that he can't keep leading Honoka on like this. It was his mistake letting her get him swept up like that, thinking he actually liked Honoka enough to date when he still had strong feelings for Suzuka and just tried to push them down.
Of course, Honoka has herself to blame, in part, trying to force him to like her, suddenly, like that, when it was clear he already had strong feelings for Suzuka, and considering his personality, he was going to 'go with the flow' depending on the situation. I don't even know how she would have forced him to 'forget' Suzuka. All she did was just make things worse by muddying his thoughts, and, with his nature, he wasn't likely to sort them out any time soon.
This situation was inevitable.
