Of course, if the mangaka wants so badly to blame Haruko's body he should also have made swapped Haruko say: "I can't perform the way I usually do on tests when swapped. Your brain is too weak!", but that would have required him to present his blonde characters with weaknesses, which he was obviously not prepared to do. Tomokichi wants only dark-haired characters to have weaknesses.

How are you even defining "character"? That complaint is based on the idea that Haruko inside Natsuko's body as the exact same character as Natsuko being herself, and I can't even imagine the twisted logic required to come to that conclusion.
