Switching browser, wondering if it's possible to transfer reading history manually?

Switching from Chrome to Firefox, and yeah, I do know it's not tracked server-side, but by cookies or something-else-that-might-be-too-technical-for-me-to-know-it's-name.

Possible?

Some research & poking around this developer tools thingy. Copied over the md of localstorage and it just works.
Thanks for guiding me to a direction. XD
