I hate that I know anything about it, but the “age play” here is about dudes pretending to be a baby so that the lady can “breast feed” them and other such activities. Make the “baby” a middle aged dude and the “mama” a barely legal girl for extra creepiness.

I don't think a babysitter would be called a mama. Most likely the children will call her onee-san, big sister. That's why the age play imagery is on the spot, but I know I'm in a vtubing rabbit hole when I know what the punch line will be, the moment she said mama.

Now, that's interesting. Do people in English-speaking region called their babysitter mama? In Indonesia, it's usually big sister, auntie if in older side, nanny or sus/suster (as in nurse) if they are hired from formal service.
