@Araliya jmanga actually published volumes 1-12, and these "no group" releases are part of the jmanga raws. Right now those rips are on madokami, we just have to wait for someone to actually go and upload them. There are also a few chapters in volume 13 that are TLed

Hopefully someone will be able to finish translating volume 14 + 15 and maybe the sequel....

Aahh, my childhood manga!
As far as I know, Tactics has sequel and only one volume come out so far.
