Art Club Kouhais- Uh...C-tier? (They're inoffensive and made the scene with Ema's first time with Miyako better so that's a fair placement.)

I can't sort all of the characters into tiers but my top 5 would be:

1. Hoshinomiya (Rich clothes designer, 10 minute sex battle). She has a 'learning the power of friendship' character arc for someone who only appears 3 times. Her eyes remind me of Sekijou from We Never Learn.

2. Doumyou (Photographer, reporter) The Piccolo of this series, starts off as a villain then becomes an ally.

3. Watari (Dead eyes) I like character designs with solid colour eyes and her cold but caring attitude.

4. Kumagai (Deliquent, car obsessed) Super cool character.

5. Toudou (U-Zim Editor) Another cool character.

All of them except Watari are either A or S tiers on my list so your top 5 is an excellent one. Part of the reason why I rate Doumyou & Hoshinomiya so high is:

A. Their initial antagonistic relationship with Miyako. It's rare to see a girl with whom Miyako has slept with hold controversial opinions about her originally.

B. I love the trope of (former) antagonists helping protagonists out.

Watari is cool, I like her deadpan facial expression and I like the moment when Miyako was absolutely determined to make Watari feel good. Seeing Watari's depressing backstory, however, man...it makes me wish she wasn't in the fanclub. As campy as it sounds, I wish Miyako's sex therapy emboldened Watari to find with her former girlfriend who she drifted apart from. If it all works out, Watari gets a pure love ending instead of being part of Miyako's massive harem.

Yeah usually that character type (the hurt from previous relationship and now afraid to love) gets an arc where they get better, and she doesn't. Maybe she got better in the 2 year time skip.
