Assuming you wanted to continue, you could go to the 'I'd Rather Sleep' Discord and apply to be their redrawer. The only reason they stopped translating was because they lost their redrawer. I'm sure they could provide the raws and TL's.

Unfortunately I'm not a redrawer as evidenced by all the gaps in the speech bubbles in the chapter. The I'd Rather Sleep group do very high quality redraws and SFX work that I don't have the skill or time to assist with.

I always find it super hot, but I always see lesbian “sex” as good Foreplay, which is skipped in most manga. While the standard non-gay approach is “I’m going in dry!”.

Imagine a full size dildo in dry, yikes? Obviously you would work up to that right? It’s puritanical, you never casual sex for pleasure (specifically in non echii manga). Why does it always have to be super painful? It’s just so weirdly common and still happening a lot, in big stuff too.
