The official Raw site shows Volume 4 is available with (End) in the title, which normally means the series is over. Also it says that Chapter 21 is going to be available on the website on May 29th.

I think it actually adds to the story, because it's funny. They have all this bling, and can't even make a dragging sled out of sticks and rope and shit.

Most of them Isekai worlds with piss-poor economies and technologies could never sustain the amount of wealth and development we're shown, and it's like a reminder on how different people's lifestyles used to be 100s of years back, of how much we all take for granted.

Well, when you depend on a divine power for all your technological developments obvious things like wheels could pass them up unnoticed. Well I am assuming there is a divine power at work here because they are too developed while being too innocent about how the world works and they have rituals and "magic" is confirmed as being existent thought limited.
