Even taking into account lol Japan so wacky xD you don't get away with things like things unless you're also contributing greatly to the company or have a gorillion years of seniority or just typical nepotism and connections. Because otherwise there's no reason as to why keep a person whose actions could be so damaging to the company's reputation, specially nowadays when all it takes is one viral tweet to throw the online mob at them.
