I feel MC wants to show her that the loser is nothing without his connections, title and money since he obviously put two and two together from her comment that she only said what she said out of fear of pushing her problems onto him. Wouldn't be shocked if asshole gets brought to task AFTER MC asswhopping on him to assure MC doesn't get in trouble (Like that Evil Intergalactic Lord manga where MC POS father tried to SNITCH on him having an AI help him run his territory to the Prime Minister when his plot to try and take back the territory after ruining it and then pushing it on MC his son resulted in MC restoring and making it profitable. PM laugh and brought up the obvious fact of how stupid his plot actually was. MC was competent, actually did his job as a noble putting his failed attempts to be an Evil Noble aside, and most important unlike his POS father and equally bad Grandfather, HE paid his taxes and tribute full amount and ON TIME! He even paid the unpaid amounts left by the two losers over two generations! That would be showing the competent Nobles that they'll be "punished" for following their obligation if he was to put a loser who ruined his territory and always FAILED to pay his taxes back in charge of his SON'S territory just cause the lout who DID EVERYTHING TO ASSURE HE WAS UNCONNECTED TO IT SO IT WOULDN'T HAUNT HIM so he had no legal ground to stand on, he did later try to use one of his mistress illegitimate kid when MC went missing cause he got LITERALLY ISEKAI to seize the property, that lasted about as long as it took for MC to quickly solve the problem, conquere that world, meet his old life daughter that also got isekai and impart a valuable lesson without either KNOWING the truth of their old relation and coming back to yell at EVERYONE ELSE but the AI as the only reason the idiot bastard brother got so far was his fan girls among his knights were fighting over his STORED SEMEN so they can be the mother of his child, fight with his fiancée AND ignored the bastard child since he was the WEAKEST only really having the fact he shared SOME DNA with MC to try and take his property when everyone thought he was dead when the girls should've known better)

Alban and Sebas spread two rumors. One is that Alban is seeking revenge against those who wronged his lovely wife and the other is that he is seeking assistance to deal with his nagging wife discreetly. Mauro thinks the second rumor is true and they get in touch. Then Leticia sends a letter to Mauro asking to come back to him because Alban is a total pig. They arrange a meeting where Mauro reveals he is actually helping Alban kill her quietly.

Mauro orders Alban to kill her but he beheads his guards instead. After the couple praise each other's acting, Sebas then reveals himself and a friend, the Imperial Knight Guard Captain. They were listening to the whole thing. Alban hands over their correspondence as evidence. While Alban only wanted help "dealing with" Leticia, only Mauro has explicitly said "kill". Mauro tries to wriggle his way out with a duel of honor but Alban severs one of Mauro's arms and breaks his nose. Mauro is hauled off for justice.

Basically it's about a dude getting cucked by his ex and life ruined, reincarnated into a "Warhammer Lite" universe and deciding he's going to be Evil cause "he suffered DUE to being a good man" hilliarty ensues as he becomes a Heroic Noble in his QUEST to be an Evil Overlord! It's basically all his plans to be Evil end up doing good and is fucking awesome to behold (Some Evils he can't do, still traumatized by his Ex actions that he's GREATLY suspicious of women "coming onto him" as they remind him of her, unknown to him the one who brought him LIVES off of suffering and was the one who HELPED his ex ruin him. Actually expecting to ruin him in the other world he tricked him into going to, but it backfires and well he's LITERALLY weak to gratitude! So when MC THANKS HIM still thinking he was HELPING him have a better new life, it hurts him. He doesn't know after his isekai that the asshole assured his ex fell into ruination just to get a "on the road meal of her despair" now that her Karma Houdani status ran out! She only got away with her actions and ruining him BECAUSE of the evil "Guide" protecting her from the Karma. It's also pathetic that he finds MC a better meal then her! This is Ch1 start by the way!
