The characters are interesting so far, but the whole isekai trope just feels pointless here. MC got reincarnated into a character he knows, but there's hardly any point since he leans into the villain role anyway. It would've been more interesting if the story gave an actual reason as to why the evil MC had a change of heart, instead of the cheap soul swap.
