Klaus here looks to be in his 60s-70s and the others seem to have all died, so the Germans most likely have been there for 40-50 years. They probably used most of that time for the southward migration which simultaneously explains how the entire Neanderthal population managed to reach Africa and why the 1st generation Germans got old/died.
