Sorry for the late follow up. Went on a break and had to release my other stuff first

I think this manga just finished running over in Japan? Can't be sure as there was no mention in the mangaka's twitter. But it looked done in the latest chapter.
If it's done, we're looking at possibly 5 vols in total. Vol 5 obviously hasn't been published yet.
