Having a "sesbian lex" scene does not make it yuri.
Edit: It now has the tag “Girls' Love”. With the next chapter I'm sure it will be removed.

Yes, it should be removed because it is not the focus of the manga. Yuri fans will read it expecting yuri only to end up disappointed.

nothing sucks more than to be reading what you think is gonna be a nice yuri smut and suddenly a boydick gets pulled out and ruins the mood
