So, the translators sometimes posted the spread color pages, sometimes they didn't.
I suspect they stopped posting them because they switched from using the chapter releases to volume releases,
in which the spread color pages were then used as tables of contents.

But then they posted half of the spread pages for this volume, which struck me a bit funny.
I mean... why?
Are they going top release like the volume extras later? I don't know.

So, anyway, I'm just doing this for fun.
Go find a real cleaner if you want a better one.

Contrary to how common it is in isekai, it is interesting seeing them have actual different opinion on Japanese food instead of all instantly liking it. Something like Sushi having varying opinions makes perfect sense considering they’re even a land locked region. I also find it really funny that he got Chinese food because they’re a safe bet. I guess opinion is pretty universal because I think the same thing as well.

I honestly don't get the "safe bet" thing. Many Europeans dislike Chinese food in general and even those who don't usually have only a few dishes they enjoy. I myself am among the latter, even though I'm considered "adventurous" when it comes to food among my family.

I kinda don't like how far the story is going to "lighten the mood" after the last few chapters being really serious. Like, I don't mind trying to get away from the serious stuff for a bit but this is a bit too far? Idk.
Thank you for the translations as always.

Not the Zirconia + cake test cliffhanger. Y'all are killing me.

Statistically, there are more people who like than dislike, I suppose. The author featured Zirconia eating the chili shrimp, but from his earlier shopping, I believe I saw him picking up a Dimsum platter. Many kinds of dimsum are simple things which are lightly seasoned, minimal spices, so I'd imagine it would suit their palette. At least he didn't seem to get anything too exotic, like say, chicken feet.

That's the funny part - around here Chinese joints have more standardized menus than McDonalds, despite being independent, small businesses. It's all the same, no matter where you go, you get your standard wok-fried chicken/beef/pork in assorted sauces and that's pretty much it. You won't find things like dimsum outside of really specialized places. This is what it means to safe bet here and it's still mostly younger people that eat there.

That ended abruptly, but hey, it's the manga where the guy actually won the lottery, not some medieval manga.
