Not an argument. While the manga is based on the LN, at the end of the day, the vast majority of the LN is based on the WN, so there's a lot of overlap...so spoiling one thing can also mean spoiling the other. To play it safe, treat everything with even a bit of credible info as a spoiler, even the rumors and speculations you simply hear about from someone else but don't know they're true or false.

On top of all that, what if someone wanted to read the WN to see what was different from the manga/LN? Then you've just spoiled x for them, which is a pretty big dick move.

I don't know what Web Novel you are reading but Kazura loves Valetta, the one and only Waifu.

Kazura knew their motive and they are nothing but friends now.

It took chapter 154 for Kazura to tell Lieze that he is an Isekai person (a person from another world), not god.

At Chapter 211 :
Kazura wipes Valetta's body (leg, elbows, and hands)
Kazura promises to take Valetta on a (date?) tour in Japan.
Valetta "Hold Hands" with Kazura and wants to keep this a "secret between two people"
