I love how it introduced the characters one by one, and how it all meshed together and came down to create a simple but intricately woven story.
The characters are well rounded. They are given enough exposition to know what they are and somewhat grow on you, but without saturating their characters so much that you tire of them.
The art is also beautiful. It is reminiscent of older works, and is refreshing to the eyes. The way the background, the landscape, even the people are drawn is designed to not let you be tired of looking at it. And it's not exaggerated: it is neither lacking in details that would make it bland, but nor is it crowded that it would strain your eyes.
Overall, I'd like to say that even if it was a short series, it was one that is very meaningful and beautiful. Hopefully, this can be read by a lot of people, who are tired of the everyday grind, to find time to just aimlessly wander.
