Generally speaking, most often in rebirth isekai, I tend to think the MC's physical age should be the decisive factor. Of course their individual interests and tastes are up to the characters themselves, like if the MC dude only likes older women, then it can't be helped, but otherwise it's perfectly fine for me if a 20 years old person was reborn and then when growing up (again) falls in love with someone from the same (physical) age group, for example a 14 years old classmate from the same magic academy.

Think about it, she was naked before he put the blanket on her, and both of them as warriors understand there are times first aid comes before covering up your private parts. This isn't a kids game of adventuring, you could die or suffer permanent injuries. The again there are some people om today's society who would call a male paramedic a molester for stripping an unconcious patient for bandaging and first aid "without consent Reeeeee!" so I'm not surprised.
She could assume it was number 2 since that literally just happened and he was joking not being pervert. If he was so bad he could've molested her while she was sleeping but he's proven he's a good guy in so many ways. Your bigger worry should be if one of the two nobility scumlords will try to blackmail rape the girls not the good hearted mc.

@Opticalwinter I thought that he didn't let her completely naked. I know that MC have seen her in the future, but I'm talking about present. I don't remember how many chapters before, MC was talking about her butterfly birthmark, which he shouldn't be able to know (making her believe that MC have seen her naked while taking a bath), so I thought that the remark "It's not like I haven't seen it before" was not referred to this moment.
